Dare devils soar above the crowd with absolute amazement swinging back and forth on their trapeze. Sometimes they let go and fly through the air to connect with the other person on the other side. They connect and everyone and the crowd goes wild with applause.

The main reason they have the courage to let go is because they know that the net below them will catch them if they fall.
The biggest thing that holds people back from truly flying is their fear of failure. They don't want to risk everything just in case it doesn't work. Most small business owners and entrepreneurs have taken a huge risk in starting their own company.
In the beginning, they might have secured a business loan or perhaps have savings to help support them throughout their initial start up but what happens when they exhaust those funds? You guessed it; they close up shop and go out of business.
With today's current economic conditions, plenty of businesses have had to do just that.
Unfortunately, it's a vicious cycle. You need money to advertise, to operate the business, to get customers then put the money back into the business. Basically, you need to continue to feed the machine so it produces results.
But what if no one is buying? Don't worry; people are still buying just not in the same way or in the same place. You might consider changing how you market and promote your company to include networking.
I once heard my mentor, Mark Victor Hansen, say at a speech he gave that, "the person with the largest rolodex wins." I thought about that for a long time and really understood what he meant. You see I've been networking for close to 20 years and have built an extremely large network of people from all over the world. I learned at a young age that connecting with people will bring you whatever you need.
When you network often, you'll meet every type of individual, some of which are incredibly connected themselves and always look for ways to support one another. They come from an abundance mindset and believe there is enough for everyone.
I have experienced first hand the real power of having a HUGE network. During my lifetime of networking, I have hardly needed to look very far for whatever I needed; I just reached out to my network. In fact, I was fortunate enough to have all my employment opportunities fall into my lap and never searched very long. Actually, I was usually contacted directly and stolen from company to company. I've even had some companies create a position for me!
There's no doubt in my mind that having a network of people all over the world can give someone the strongest sense of security.
