The internet has become the new media of preference to generate publicity and visibility for you and your business.

By using it to generate a presence and create a name for yourself you are accessing the world and its current 1.4 billion internet users according to internetworldstats.com. That is one hell of a market to have access to 24 hours a day, from the comfort of your home, and you can access it immediately if you want to.
Another wonderful benefit of using the internet is that you put yourself out there through the different methods available and people find you.
Traditional mediums such as TV, Radio and Print, take a bit more homework, time and targeting to land. While internet publicity requires that you target your market as well---all marketing methods require this---on the internet, platforms that provide you with the free publicity you want aren't industry targeted. They exist so that your target finds you.
