Wolfgang Grupp (geboren 1942) ist alleiniger Geschäftsführer und Inhaber der TRIGEMA GmbH & Co. KG, Deutschlands grösstem T-Shirt- und Tennisbekleidungshersteller. Als starker Verfechter von Produkten made in Germany vertritt er die Meinung, eine Produktion in Deutschland sei jeder ausländischen Produktion vorzuziehen. Mit seiner Firma stellt Wolfgang Grupp in einer vierstufigen Produktion vom Stoff bis zum Endprodukt alles selbst her. Seit seinem Eintritt in das Unternehmen im Jahre 1969 wurde, trotz der Krise in der Textilindustrie, noch nie eine betriebsbedingte Kündigung ausgesprochen. Noch immer garantiert er allen Kindern seiner Mitarbeiter eine Arbeitsstelle nach deren Schulabgang. Wolfgang Grupp hat einen Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft von der Universität Köln.
